Within this section we provide brief case studies of a selection of our recently completed projects across all sectors of the industry.

A development of fourteen sheltered apartments, associated communal facilities and warden accommodation constructed within the grounds of an existing nursing home.

This prestigious project was a culmination of several years planning by the client and was ultimately made possible by an intensive Seddon-led value-engineering process to comply with budgetary restraints.

The proximity of the existing nursing home meant that all site operations had to be carefully managed to minimise disruption and distress for the residents.
