The Birmingham office of J & S Seddon (Building) Ltd has completed a new development of high quality industrial units in Staffordshire.

Four Ashes Enterprise Centre, situated just north of Wolverhampton, has been built for South Staffordshire Council and provides 13 units specifically aimed at start-up and small businesses.

The £1.2m scheme, which is part-financed by the European Union European Regional Development Fund, provides nearly 16,000 square feet of industrial space, in units ranging from 807 to 1614 square feet.

Construction work took 32 weeks to complete.

The project involved the construction of a large underground tank, which is to be used to relaim and store rainwater for use in the individual units.
