J & S Seddon (Building) creates model environments for the housing sector, through contracts with registered social landlords and local authorities.

Our work includes the refurbishment of existing dwellings, as well as the construction of new developments.

For work in housing developments we have our own 'Residents' Charter' which shows our commitment to Health and Safety, effective communication, tidy sites, Tenant Liaison schemes, the provision of a working environment where inappropriate language is not used, as well as a respect for the right to privacy and the use of identification.
