As well as holding the Investors In People Award, we operate a dedicated, purpose-built training centre, which provides the right environment for our management, staff and operatives to develop new skills and enhance existing ones.
This centre is located away from our main sites to ensure training is delivered without distractions and an efficient manner. J & S Seddon (Building) also employs a Training Manager, who ensures all our staff have the support and resources they need to continuously develop their skills within the company.
